Customer Service Representative - Firearms Industry (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Workwarp! As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in the firearms industry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork, and providing a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to validate and review paperwork, and submit accurate paperwork for further review.
  • Update and maintain customer account information, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Identify and resolve document issues, determine root causes of problems, and provide solutions.
  • Expedite corrections or adjustments, rebook appointments if needed, and ensure prompt and reliable service to all customers.
  • Multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
  • Technical savvy, with ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors.
  • Previous remote work experience a plus.
  • Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $14.50/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days.
  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
  • Paid training: 1 week in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
