  • Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, collaborating with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information, adhering to established customer service protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems is a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
