As the Senior Customer Relationship Marketing Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end design, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel engagement campaigns that speak directly to our most active, pet‑obsessed customers. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Craft and maintain a multi‑channel lifecycle marketing roadmap that prioritizes email, push, and in‑app initiatives to accelerate growth in the pet‑food segment.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design, launch, and analyze complex A/B and multivariate tests across email journeys and push campaigns to uncover incremental lift and optimal sequencing.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Partner with product marketing and data science teams to build advanced segmentation models, leveraging behavioral, demographic, and transactional signals to deliver hyper‑personalized experiences.
- Automation Architecture: Lead the creation and rollout of automated email programs, ensuring robust list selection, dynamic content, and real‑time triggers across the arenaflex ecosystem.
- Data Integrity & Insight Generation: Deep‑dive into multiple data streams, validate targeting accuracy, and construct sensitivity models that quantify opportunity and risk for proposed initiatives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with integrated marketing, engineering, product management, merchandising, and supply‑chain partners to align campaign execution with broader business objectives.
- Performance Reporting: Own the reporting cadence for campaign performance, delivering actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and executive‑level dashboards.
- Technology Stewardship: Stay current on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends in email, push, and in‑app marketing, championing innovative solutions within arenaflex.
- Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience in email and/or direct marketing, preferably within an e‑commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns through an enterprise ESP—experience with arenaflex’s platform (formerly known as Braze) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of how to leverage behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to drive personalization at scale.
- Experience with email optimization and personalization platforms, as well as project‑tracking tools (formerly JIRA), is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Self‑starter who can manage multiple deadlines independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, and emerging push notification trends.
- Technical proficiency with SQL, data‑visualization tools (formerly Tableau), and other analytics solutions.
- Hands‑on experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify audience profiles.
- Solid grasp of incrementality testing, statistical significance, and lifetime‑value modeling.
Preferred Qualifications & Bonus Skills
- Background in e‑commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing.
- Direct experience with arenaflex (formerly Braze) or arenaflex (formerly Moveable Ink) for campaign orchestration.
- Familiarity with the pet‑food industry, including seasonal trends and product lifecycles.
- Certification in advanced analytics, data science, or marketing automation.
- Experience leading a team of junior marketers or analysts.
