As a Remote Payroll Data Entry Specialist, you will be the backbone of our payroll and commission processing operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize multiple internal systems to enter pre‑ and post‑sales information, fulfill orders, process payments, and verify order accuracy.
  • Initiate new service order requests and coordinate the end‑to‑end product or service installation process.
  • Lead and support ad‑hoc projects generated by arenaflex’s sales channels, ensuring timely delivery and clear documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on payroll activity, commission calculations, and data‑entry performance metrics.
  • Educate internal stakeholders and external customers on arenaflex’s products, services, and billing procedures.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance standards, including data‑entry accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
  • Draft routine client and customer correspondence, maintaining a professional and helpful tone.
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and direct calls to the appropriate resources or departments.
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Act as a liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers to resolve complex payroll scenarios.
  • Provide order activity updates to the Sales Support Manager or Supervisor on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate and process offline orders received through G2B, e‑commerce platforms, and “Friends and Family” programs.
  • Serve as backup phone support during periods of high call volume, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers when the sales force is unavailable.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in payroll data entry, commission processing, or a closely related field.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data‑validation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy while handling large volumes of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while adhering to established deadlines.
  • Residency in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in Arizona or the Central Time Zone.
