• * Strong understanding of YouTubes community guidelines, policies, and platform dynamics.
• * Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills with the ability to remain impartial when moderating content.
• * Ability to handle sensitive or offensive content with professionalism and discretion.
• * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
