Job Mission

The Seasonal Client Experience Coordinator will support the execution of our client experience strategy, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that our values and standards are upheld. You will work closely with the boutique management team to deliver seamless and memorable experiences, fostering brand loyalty and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional client experiences through personalized product curation, attention, and services
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality and support to clients, ensuring a unified experience across our network
  • Utilize Maison storytelling and heritage to enhance the client experience
  • Support the commercial team with appointment preparation, client entertainment, and sales finalization
  • Assist with phone duties, data entry, and report management
  • Optimize the boutique environment, ensuring a productive and welcoming space for clients and team members
  • Develop fundamental brand knowledge and comply with security and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to share best practices and drive operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills and use of technology, including MS Office and SAP
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and travel for trainings as needed
