As a Senior Financial Operations & Business Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in a collaborative environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, streamline processes, and implement innovative solutions. You will leverage your strong analytical skills, deep understanding of financial principles, and proficiency in business systems to drive improvements in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency. Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance reporting for server ranch operations. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational efficiency.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within financial operations, leveraging business systems to automate tasks, enhance accuracy, and improve efficiency.
• Business Systems Management: Manage and maintain key financial systems, including SAP, and potentially other relevant platforms like Scene and FileMaker. Ensure data integrity, system security, and user access.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Participate in the development and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the server ranch, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Contract Management & Payable/Receivable: Oversee the management of contracts, ensuring accurate processing of payable and receivable transactions.
• Assessment & KPI Tracking: Design, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of financial initiatives and operational improvements.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional client support and resolving financial inquiries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teams across finance, operations, engineering, and other departments to achieve shared goals.
• Change Management: Drive and manage change initiatives across various teams and processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to financial systems and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial operations, business systems analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience with SAP, Scene, and/or FileMaker systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with remote work environments and technologies.
