Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Advocate. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their billing, technical, and service-related queries, and offering a wide range of products and services to strengthen customer relationships. This is a remote opportunity with the option to work from our San Marcos office.

Responsibilities:

* Answer customer inquiries via phone and provide resolutions to billing, technical, and service-related issues * Offer a wide range of products and services to strengthen customer relationships and drive sales * Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and processes * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of prior customer care experience * Sales and/or technical experience in a service environment (preferred) * High school diploma or equivalent required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable working with computers and technology * Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
