The Role We're Looking To Fill:

We're seeking an ambitious and creative marketing coordinator to join our team. As a marketing coordinator, you'll play a cross-functional role, requiring a unique blend of creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from ad creation to client support, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creative process and creation of ads
• Write and edit ad copy
• Oversee freelance team
• Aid in client support and communication
• Assist in onboarding processes (up to 100 clients a month)
• Manage templatized official client-facing company texts
• Analyze and adjust ad creatives based on performance
• Brainstorm new ideas for streamlining team processes

Qualifications:

• Web and social media savvy
• A passion for creative writing
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
• Experience (or a strong interest) in working in a fast-paced startup environment
• The ability to transform product features and benefits into digestible, consumer-friendly copy
• Experience working within the Google Workspace (Sheets and Docs)
• Self-starter, capable of working and learning independently
