We're seeking a talented Manager to lead our North America Brand Commercialization - Softlines Licensing team, focusing on Mens Apparel categories.

Job Summary

As a Manager, North America Brand Commercialization - Softlines Licensing - Mens Apparel, you will be responsible for managing the Mens Sportswear Apparel categories and licensees to meet or exceed revenue targets and growth objectives. You will report to the Sr. Manager of North America Brand Commercialization - Softlines and play a key role in developing business strategies, managing licensee relationships, and driving growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance and Business Planning: Develop and implement business strategies, annual budgets, and quarterly revenue forecasts for assigned categories.
• Brand and Content Management: Provide licensee/product information to support marketing and brand presentations, and sales meetings.
• Category Management: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and retailer needs to develop growth objectives and product strategies.
• Product Development: Partner with Product Development teams to innovate and bring new products to market.
• Retail, Sales, and Marketing: Maintain knowledge of the retail landscape, monitor sales performance, and provide licensee/product information to support marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in consumer products, licensing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of consumer product trends, brand positioning, and retail environment.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
