We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Manager - Tech to join our innovative team at Amazon. About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager - Tech, you will play a key role in shaping Amazon's FBA business by leading the development of our suite of Inventory Optimization solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, product managers, operations, user experience, and seller support to create product vision and roadmaps that improve the Seller Experience (SX) and FBA profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create product vision and roadmaps for tools used by third-party sellers
• Own Seller-facing and internal tools that improve user experience and deliver on aggressive input improvement goals
• Partner with 3P Seller business teams, Seller Services, Operations, and Finance teams to impact Amazon's top and bottom line
• Lead cross-organizational programs and set timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
• Drive decisions at the senior executive level with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience in technical product management
• Proven ability to influence across multiple organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
