About the Role

  • Taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer processing, and closing, ensuring seamless experiences for candidates and hiring managers
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting passive candidates, building a robust pipeline of talent for hard-to-fill and high-priority positions, while driving employee referrals
  • Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, aligning on role requirements to develop effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, while staying abreast of current and future hiring needs
  • Maintaining an understanding of market data and creatively identifying top talent
  • Supporting talent acquisition process improvement by identifying system and workflow areas of opportunity

Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth environment
  • 3+ years of proven experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on client services and clear communication
  • Solution-centric, with an entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to inform recruitment strategies
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute to our collective success
  • Experience using an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite/Recruiter

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience recruiting within a healthcare, startup, or high-growth environment
  • Previous agency recruiting experience
  • Experience using Greenhouse
