Key Responsibilities:

  • Create personalized itineraries for customers, ensuring a tailored travel experience
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, providing innovative solutions and personalized service
  • Manage payments, send payment reminders, and handle flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details
  • Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure
  • Assist with internal coordination, distribute necessary information, and set schedules to manage time effectively
  • Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies
  • Continuously grow in your ability to implement tools that enhance our remote workplace culture
