We’re seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. If you’re passionate about crafting compelling email campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and driving digital engagement—we’d love to hear from you! This position is located in Midlothian, VA and is an onsite role. Job Responsibilities: Email Marketing

  • Design and manage targeted email campaigns using platforms like Lasso CRM and Constant Contact
  • Write persuasive, on-brand copy that drives engagement and conversions
  • Monitor performance metrics (open rates, click-through, conversions), and implement improvements based on data
  • Maintain and organize email distribution lists for accurate segmentation and outreach
  • Oversee multiple email projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines with a keen eye for detail

Digital Marketing Support

  • Update and optimize website content with a focus on UX and SEO best practices
  • Use Google Analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data trends, and deliver actionable insights
  • Assist in planning and publishing social media content across key platforms
  • Contribute to digital strategy by identifying new marketing opportunities and offering creative solutions

Graphic Design

  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create eye-catching visuals for email, social, web, and print
  • Ensure all visual materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life through consistent design

Event & Miscellaneous Marketing Support

  • Support planning and execution of community, realtor, and company events
  • Help with marketing material prep, event logistics, and vendor coordination as needed

What You Bring to Main Street Homes:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email campaign creation and management
  • Strong writing and editing skills; attention to detail is a must
  • Proficiency in Lasso CRM, Constant Contact, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit

Education/Skills/Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing and graphic design experience.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for photo editing, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail, producing clear and engaging marketing content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
  • Strong creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills to develop and execute innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to meet project objectives and deliver high-quality results
