Serving hundreds of thousands of clients in litigation and arbitration, we have prosecuted high-profile mass tort, antitrust, privacy, product liability, employment, and consumer-rights cases. Our firm also acts as plaintiffs’ counsel in high-stakes public-enforcement actions. Our mission is to achieve exceptional results for our clients, drive innovation in the practice of law, and pursue unparalleled excellence in everything we do.

Purpose: We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused Solutions Engineer to support the development and implementation of our medical record retrieval and analysis/review platform. The compensation for this role is an annual base salary of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and configuration plans.
  • Configure platform components to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct system testing, including integration and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to communicate requirements and support development efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration or integration issues during implementation and post-deployment.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and technical decisions.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for internal and external users.
  • Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation timelines.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and solutions engineering.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in configuring SaaS platforms and working with APIs and data integrations.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and data security best practices is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or similar technical client-facing role.
  • Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and client onboarding.
