E-commerce Operations and Logistics Manager
We are looking
for an E-commerce Operations and Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team. A detail-oriented, proactive professional who can navigate complex operations and keep things running smoothly across global markets. Get ready to
- Oversee deliveries and manage import procedures across multiple regions
- Coordinate various shipments (internal and external)
- Handle and resolve support tickets related to logistics and shipping
- Source and assess freight forwarders in global markets
- Prepare and deliver operational reports as requested
- Assist with data entry and back-office logistics tasks
- Support and help coordinate outsourced warehousing operations Initiate and participate in projects aimed at improving logistics processes and achieving KPIs
- Be an essential part of our flagship product’s operations, tackling the challenges that come with it
We expect you to
- Have experience managing supply chain operations after product development
- Know how to coordinate multi-region deliveries
- Understand customs and import regulations
- Have prior experience with U.S.-based operations or familiarity with the U.S. e-commerce market
- Be experienced in both logistics and e-commerce, including working with 3PLs
- Bonus: background in physical product management or logistics development
- Possess a problem-solving mindset and strong strategic + analytical thinking skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders—in fluent English
Salary
Gross salary range is 2300-2700 EUR/month.
Location
Vilnius, Lithuania: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote.
