We are seeking a dedicated Human Capital Consultant to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' workforce objectives, making a real difference in our dynamic organization. You will engage directly with clients, advising on and administering key Human Resources (HR) programs including benefits, awards, payroll, and onboarding processes. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating various HR... challenges, leveraging your knowledge to devise and implement effective solutions that align with client goals, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of engagement and collaboration. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in a professional setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A strong foundation in HR administration and management principles. Analytical skills with the ability to tackle problems, conduct thorough research, and propose action plans. A talent for fostering a collaborative, engaging, and team-oriented work environment. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. A Bachelor's degree. Preferred Skills Experience within the DoD or Intelligence Community (IC). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and strategies. Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities and tight timelines. Exceptional critical thinking abilities. Security Clearance This position requires a security investigation and compliance with eligibility requirements for access to classified information, including TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
