Key Responsibilities  Evaluate and understand the financial requirements and concerns of clients.  Educate clients on proactive financial planning, preparing them for potential challenges.  Craft personalized strategies to help clients reach their long-term financial aspirations.  Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with clients, aiding individuals and families on their path to financial stability.  Expand your own financial practice through effective networking and client outreach.  Provide empathetic support to clients during challenging life events.  Focus on establishing and nurturing strong, trust-based relationships over time. Required Skills  Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong inclination to achieve success.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  A sincere commitment to assist others in enhancing their financial well-being.  Sound business judgment and a professional demeanor.  Tenacity when faced with challenges.  Ability to connect with the community and utilize personal networks to grow your client base. Qualifications  Sales experience is advantageous, though not mandatory.  Background in banking or finance is beneficial.  Preferred possession of FINRA S6/7 and S63/66/65 licenses, or the willingness to obtain them.
