Position: Staff Accountant - Remote (Phoenix, AZ, USA) We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software, ensuring full compliance and precision. • Process a range of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. • Conduct bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of credit card statements and other financial documents. • Prepare and sustain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses. • Uphold compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. • Execute daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to address and resolve any discrepancies in financial records. • Remain informed about industry developments and advancements in bookkeeping and QuickBooks.
