Position Overview: As a Remote Walmart Live Chat Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our online customers with their inquiries, concerns, and needs. You will provide real-time support and engage with customers via live chat to ensure they have a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat. Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed. Offer product recommendations and provide information on promotions and deals. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Document customer interactions accurately for future reference. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Excellent written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus but not required.
