Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our remote team, specializing in the education and development of infants and toddlers. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in nurturing the social, emotional, physical, linguistic, and cognitive growth of young children. Your primary goal will be to cultivate a safe, supportive, and dynamic educational... environment, both indoors and outdoors, enhancing each child’s learning experience. Key Responsibilities • Deliver tailored educational instruction to a group of infants and toddlers. • Create individualized developmental goals for each child and conduct ongoing assessments to track progress. • Support smooth transitions for children entering new educational settings. • Engage parents proactively to foster their child's growth and development. • Attend and supervise educational field trips to enrich children’s learning experiences. • Participate in required staff meetings and professional development sessions. • Travel with children (ages 14 and under) to various locations in the United States as needed. • Execute additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the educational program. Required Skills • Self-motivated and dedicated to the development of infants and toddlers. • Strong leadership abilities and effective project management skills. • Basic computer proficiency. • Bilingual in English and Spanish, enhancing communication with diverse families. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, with an emphasis on Infant and Toddler Development. • Minimum of two years of successful experience as an infant/toddler teacher or caregiver. • Florida State Teacher Certification. • Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and liability insurance.
