Job Overview Join our team as a dedicated and motivated Teacher II, where your passion for education will make a significant difference in the lives of students. This part-time remote position allows you to provide high-quality instruction in various environments, including classrooms, participants’ homes, and both individual and group settings. Key Responsibilities • Deliver and assess curriculum, adapting it to meet the diverse needs of participants and program objectives. • Facilitate recruitment strategies for program participants and manage the intake process. • Monitor participant progress and compile data in compliance with professional standards. • Manage instructional materials and resources to support educational goals. • Collaborate with team members in meetings, training sessions, and organizational activities to contribute to program enhancement. • Uphold high teaching standards while fostering continuous program improvement. Required Skills • Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information to individuals and groups. • Proficiency in interpreting instructional materials and conducting assessments. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. • Experience working with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline is required. • Prior experience in teaching or a related capacity is preferred. • Fluency in a second language may be advantageous. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be necessary.
