Job Summary for SAT / ACT Exam Prep Teacher/Tutor One of the key differentiators of Huntington Learning Center is our teachers. Unlike some tutoring organizations, Huntington hires certified teachers. You will work 1:1 with High School Students as they prepare for the SAT or ACT. You will be provided a complete curriculum and will work through each session as prescribed. As the "face" of the center you will have direct contact with students, families, and other staff.As a result, the ideal candidate can easily form strong relationships and flex when needed. Must demonstrate care and compassion towards children. Motivation to take the initiative to ensure that a studentÂs time at Huntington is memorable. A confident and flexible demeanor. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
