Position Overview: We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our Inbound Transportation team. This remote position plays a crucial role in supporting the flow of goods from our vendors, ensuring that all routing requests are entered accurately and efficiently into our Order Management System (OMS). If you love staying organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you! salary: $16.05 - $21.05 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do: • Accurately enter routing requests from our vendor booking system into OMS. • Organize and assign shipments to our carrier partners. • Set up new user accounts in the vendor booking system. • Keep an organized file of shipment data to ensure completeness and accuracy. • Collaborate with transportation planning analysts to keep the shipment process running smoothly. • Follow best practices for data management and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
