Strong understanding of US accounting principles and regulations. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. ? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ? Experience with industry software like Jobber, GreenLite, WorkWave, or Service Titan is a plus. Skills and Competencies: ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? High level of accuracy and attention to detail. ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. ?
