Description: Â Ensure compliance with UK Building Safety Regulations, CDM & H&S Requirements. Â Assist with applications and coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure. Â Maintain and update building site fire regulations, safety reports, and drawings. Â Prepare and review health and safety paperwork in accordance with UK legislation. Â Issue documents and drawings to building sites for tender submission. Â Manage the issue of drawings and documents from external subcontractors. Â Act as a point of contact for all construction documentation control. Requirements: Â In-depth knowledge of UK Building Safety Regulations. Â Experience with building site fire regulations and safety reports. Â Proficiency in creating and managing safety reports and drawings. Â Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation. Â Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Â Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Â Have experience... with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams & Outlook.
