Account Development Manager (ADM) - Hybrid - Remote Job Overview We are seeking a talented and driven Account Development Manager (ADM) to join our high-performing sales team in the Lehi area. This position is essential in identifying and engaging prospective clients who can benefit from our innovative artificial intelligence call monitoring and coaching software. As the initial point of contact with potential customers, the ADM will excel at researching leads, establishing meaningful relationships, and enabling our Senior Account Executives to achieve their sales goals. Key Responsibilities • Represent and articulate our offerings while connecting with new prospects daily. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and create a robust sales pipeline. • Engage potential customers through various outreach methods, including email, phone, and social media. • Identify the specific challenges faced by prospects and demonstrate how our solutions effectively address their needs. • Qualify leads based on established criteria, including budget, authority, and requirements. • Maintain accurate records by tracking and reporting all activities and data within our CRM. • Meet and exceed monthly quotas and daily key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive overall success. Required Skills • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, with a documented history of achieving targets. • Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and social media platforms. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • A consistent record of surpassing sales goals. • Strong listening skills combined with persuasive communication abilities. • Competitive mindset, resilient nature, and high motivation. • Willingness to accept coaching and a genuine desire to learn and grow. • Positive demeanor and a strong passion for teamwork. • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems is preferred. • Previous experience as a sales development representative is an advantage.
