This is an in-bound call center position where you will be answering questions related to billing issues and/or general questions regarding our business services. This is a customer service-focused position where it is necessary to retain information and follow up with customers when needed. A successful candidate would have that customer service mindset as well as strong verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Answers business... customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and reports problem areas. • Utilizes various systems and tools to assist and service customers. • Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions. • Makes system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications in accordance with customer’s needs. • Determines customer billing issues and provides solutions based on customer inquiries. • All other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: • High school Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. • At least 1+ year of related experience in a high-volume call center environment. • Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow procedures. • Solid problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills required. • Proven ability to deescalate or persuade customers using exemplary Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving competencies.
