Esco Industries Inc in Riverside, CA is looking for one remote data entry clerk to join our team. We are located on 1755 Iowa Ave, Bldg A. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Benefits • We offer many great benefits, including free early access to your pay through Homebase. • Maternity Leave • Medical Insurance • Tuition loan Repayment • Paid Training • 401k Responsibilities • This fully remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home after completing an initial training period on-site, providing you with both flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to exceptional customer service • Demonstrate a proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work, showing initiative • Manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency while effectively multi-tasking • Review all orders meticulously for completeness and accuracy • Enters information into databases and/or software programs by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard or optical scanner, uploading data from outside sources, and/or transcribing audio and video content. • Reads source documents, such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills, and enters data in specific data fields using keyboards or scanners. • Compares data with source documents and utilizes documentation verification formats to detect and correct recording and data entry errors and reports them to supervisors as needed. Qualifications • Quick and accurate typing and word processing skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality and privacy • Ability to read, understand, evaluate, and verify a wide range of materials and information in order to recognize and correct discrepancies • We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $45.00/hour.
