Requirements:
- Bachelor degree required.
- Current Healthcare Professional License.
- Current CDCES Certification.
- 3+ years of clinical Diabetes experience.
- 3+ years of clinical educator experience and contact center experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience supervising/managing a team.
- Motivational interviewing and coaching skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- High level of competency with technology including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings.
- Validated home office environment required.
