SAP and Everest Systems Expert for Deposition & Legal Investigation

MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND A REMOTE HEARING ON JUNE 18TH, with an 1-2 hours of prep work on the 16/17

We are seeking an experienced SAP and/or Everest Systems expert to join our legal team in a critical deposition. Our case involves suspected falsification of sales records by a distributor related to specific SKUs that we manufacture. Your primary role will be to advise during the deposition, ensuring accurate and thorough questioning regarding the distributor's use and management of sales records within their SAP and Everest systems.

Please provide details of your relevant experience, including examples of similar legal or investigative engagements. Highlight your specific experience with SAP and Everest systems, deposition participation, and any forensic auditing credentials.

Responsibilities:

Participate actively in a live deposition, assisting attorneys with targeted inquiries about SAP and/or Everest sales data management.

Provide expert guidance to pinpoint discrepancies, identify potential falsifications, and clarify system-based processes.

Advise on strategic questioning to ensure maximum clarity and extraction of relevant data.

Be comfortable speaking clearly and authoritatively on the record, under oath.

Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise with SAP and/or Everest ERP systems, specifically related to sales recordkeeping and data integrity.

Previous experience participating in legal proceedings or depositions as a technical expert or consultant.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in formal, recorded settings.

Ability to quickly analyze and interpret system data and processes under pressure.
