Part-Time Virtual Assistant for Growing Digital Marketing Business

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our digital marketing business. We are three Latino founders based in Chicago running a fast-growing agency that works with clients worldwide — managing social media content, admin systems, and brand strategy.

This is a part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with long-term potential for the right person. You’ll be working directly with the founders and helping us stay on top of client projects, schedules, and business systems.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Calendar management and scheduling across time zones

Inbox organization and basic email correspondence

Social media calendar coordination and content uploads

Organizing documents, contracts, and shared drives

Research and compiling data for client strategies

Helping improve and manage internal business systems (e.g., SOPs, project tracking tools)

Light reporting or updating dashboards

We Are Looking for Applicants Who Have Used (prefer if you're familiar):

Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

Canva & CapCut (for scheduling/organizing content)

ClickUp (task/project tracking)

Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

Ideal Candidate:

1+ year experience as a VA, EA, or project coordinator

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Tech-savvy and fast learner with new tools

Excellent time management and follow-through

Highly reliable, responsive, and proactive communicator

Interest in digital marketing or entrepreneurship is a plus

Hourly Rate:

$8–$15/hour, depending on experience and skills
