Inbound Call Center/ Customer Service Representative-1st Shift

As an Inbound Call Center & Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about parking services, payment inquiries, permits, citations, account support, or general questions. You'll provide timely, courteous, and accurate responses via phone and email while maintaining a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.Assist customers with inquiries related to:Parking facility locations and availabilityPayment processing and billingParking permits and account setupCitations, violations, and dispute processesUse internal systems to retrieve and update customer account information.Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM software.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and service offerings.Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service softwareBilingual skills a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
