Job title: Dealer Chat Analyst in Warren, MI at Talascend Company: Talascend Job description: Talascend is currently seeking a Dealer Chat Analyst for an opportunity in Warren, MIOVERVIEW: As the Data Analyst for client's Dealer Chat, you will be responsible for data analytics and reporting digital experiences. You'll cultivate reports highlighting key trends and insights related to operational performance, as well as customer behavior and concerns. These insights will contribute to improving the Dealer Chat; helping us to build better relationships with our enrolled dealerships, gain new dealer enrollments and increase revenue. The ideal candidate has a passion utilizing data to tell actionable stories that help drive the business forward. As the digital landscape changes and reporting requirements shift, specific tasks may change. The ideal candidate is open to change and flexibility in their day-to-day responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, interpret, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for each department within the client's Dealer Chat.
• Update performance dashboard.
• Leverage the XM Discover tool to underscore and supplement findings.
• Participate in quarterly analytics meetings to share/compare news, challenges, tips, best practices, guiding principles, case studies
• Trend historical data to help shape measurable objectives and targets for annual planning purposes
• Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar
• Maintain and report digital headcount
• Leverage PowerBI to create visual representations of data and insights
• Assist in developing KPIs definitions and goal adjustments.
• Assist forecasting team with scheduling and scheduling audits.
• Creating and educating / coaching on research and analytics.
• Foster a metrics-based approach to glean insights and drive the business forward
• Assist both Dealer Chat Team Leads, support staff, and Coordinator team with projects.
• Participate in weekly Dealer Chat operations/coordinator/support team meetings
• Participate in vendor meetings
• Assist in revenue generating strategy meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree required with minimum 2 years of experience
• Responsible for maintaining a Microsoft Access Database comprised of customer VBA code.
• Data analytical tools and knowledge - such as data bricks, and POWERBI
• Understanding of Dealer Chat performance analytics
• Strong data analytical ability - focused on synthesizing data from multiple sources and systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving workplace, meet tight deadlines and prioritize with strategy in mind
