If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.The Senior Field Sales Representative (FSR) position supports the sales efforts of our Home Infusion Therapy business by developing new accounts in assigned territory. This position sells infusion therapy products to healthcare providers, focusing on home infusion services for acute and chronic conditions.Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops new business opportunities through targeted outreach to healthcare professionals and facilities.
  • Identifies and cultivates leads within assigned territory using various strategies such as cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.
  • Manages all aspects of the sales process including needs assessment, product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, contract development/negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Ensures accurate forecasting of pipeline and closes are met or exceeded.
  • Provides feedback to management regarding market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and product performance.
  • Maintains knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and reimbursement models affecting the home infusion industry.
  • Stays current with competitors’ activities and developments within the market segment.
  • Utilizes CRM system to manage contacts, schedule follow-up communications, track progress, and report on activity.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate Degree with relevant experience required.
  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in medical equipment, supplies, or related field.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle for extended periods of time.
Travel is required. Valid driver license and acceptable driving record required.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
