Google and YouTube Ad Specialist
We’re preparing to launch a free senior living resources online platform that provides personalized guidance to help seniors and their loved ones find the right senior living community based on their needs and location. Our mission is to make the transition into senior care less overwhelming by offering tailored recommendations and resources—all in one easy-to-use platform. We’re looking for a Google Ads and YouTube Ads specialist to help us develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive high-intent traffic and sign-ups during our initial rollout and beyond. What we need: - Strategic setup of Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns - Keyword research, audience targeting, and retargeting setup - Ad copywriting and creative guidance (in collaboration with our internal team) - Conversion tracking and performance reporting - Ongoing optimization to improve CTRs, reduce CPC, and increase conversions Ideal Candidate: - Proven success with lead generation campaigns for health, senior living, or B2C service platforms - Experience running both Google Ads and YouTube Ads (required) - Strong understanding of ad targeting for seniors and their adult children - Able to work independently and communicate proactively Timeline: We are aiming to launch our ads in 3–6 weeks, depending on our website launch.
