Kotlin Android & iOS Developer Internship (Unpaid & Performance Based)

Duration: 6 Months Type: Remote Internship Stipend: First 3 Months – Unpaid Next 3 Months – ₹10,000/month (Performance-Based) Location: Remote Company: Baoiam About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Kotlin Developer (for both Android & iOS) to join Baoiam’s growing tech team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to contribute to real products, take ownership, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll be working closely with our product and design teams to bring to life features that directly impact our users across mobile platforms. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform or Kotlin (Android) and compatible iOS technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for scalable apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Debug and resolve app performance and UI/UX issues.
• Contribute to live product deployment and iterations based on feedback.

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in Android app development using Kotlin.
• Exposure or experience in cross-platform iOS development using Kotlin Multiplatform, or Swift basics.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Firebase, Git, and third-party libraries.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
