Staff ServiceNow IT Asset Management Developer - Engineer
Description:
- Engineer role on the IT Asset Management team
- Support design, execute, and maintain SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules
- Liaising with technology teams and process owners
- Manage application sustainment, enhancement, and new development
- Reporting to the Lead IT Director, Architecture
- Cross functional collaboration with other areas of ServiceNow Platform
- First point of contact for defect management and new enhancements development for Asset Management
Requirements:
- 7+ years of developing on the ServiceNow platform
- 2 years of experience developing ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules
- 5+ years of Advanced Scripting such as Java/Python
- 5+ years of leveraging and developing ServiceNow API/Integration capabilities
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Portal Development such as components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience that expands beyond Catalog Services and ITSM
- 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in managing large scale corporate projects/technical staff (preferred)
- 3+ years ITIL/Agile experience (preferred)
- 3+ years experience leading a team of developers (preferred)
