Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services as appropriate.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with support techniques and handling procedures is advantageous.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential.
