What You'll Do:

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and drive sales
• Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize results
• Work closely with the sales team to implement effective closing techniques
• Build strong relationships with potential customers to boost conversions
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM)
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling and strong time management skills

Preferred Skill:

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
