As a Sales Manager on our Local Sales Team, you will lead a team of inside sales representatives who sell Yelp advertising solutions to small local businesses. In this role, you?ll coach, develop, and motivate your team within a high energy and fast-paced cold calling sales environment. What You'll Do ? Provide hands on coaching and feedback to a team of Account Executives ? Coach, develop, and motivate your team of reps to become top achievers and future leaders. ? Hold your team accountable to ensuring that our products, policies and pricing are communicated clearly and accurately to prospects ? Execute effective team meetings, one on one?s, and group trainings ? Exceed monthly sales team quotas ? Implement strategic sales training, planning, and forecasting What It Takes To Succeed ? Have 1+ years of experience effectively developing and managing inside sales teams within a high-volume, outbound sales environment ? Are well-versed in selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM ? Possess a consistent track record of success motivating a team to exceed revenue goals ? Embody all Yelp values and operate with high integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability ? Have excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence ? Empathize with, inspire and relate to a diverse workforce and a diverse customer base ? Have experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics ? Have earned a Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of customer-facing experience and hold a HS Diploma or GED What You'll Get ?
