- Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other channels
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the CEO or senior leadership to pitch and close
- Maintain accurate records of communication in CRM or tracking tools
- Follow up with prospects persistently and professionally
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies
- Represent the company s energy, brand, and value with confidence
What We re Looking For
- Strong communication skills confident on the phone and clear in writing
- Relentless and resilient you don t take no as the final answer
- Organized and self-driven can manage outreach and follow-up independently
- Experience with appointment setting, cold calling, or sales (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn fast and apply feedback
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic software (email, CRM, etc.)
