Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. • Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Utilize medical terminology when assisting healthcare-related inquiries (if applicable). • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Skills • Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus. • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions. • Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial for specific roles within the healthcare sector. • Strong computer skills, including experience with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
