Founding Account Executive (GTM Team)

Our client is an innovative seed-stage startup revolutionizing how tech companies deploy their code, backed by leading investors and already trusted by major enterprises. Our exceptional team is rapidly scaling, and we're now looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join us as our first sales hire, handling predominantly inbound leads. About the role As our Founding Account Executive, you'll primarily manage inbound leads (around 80%) (hot prospects ready to engage) while also proactively pursuing outbound opportunities with targeted enterprise accounts (20%). You'll quickly grow into the role, developing into a senior AE or sales leader based on performance. This role is perfect for a high-performing AE skilled at inbound sales or a driven SDR eager to rapidly advance their career. What you’ll do: • Handle high-volume inbound leads, qualifying prospects and driving them to close • Strategically manage multiple stakeholders within accounts(account mapping) leveraging strong discovery and negotiation skills • Proactively perform targeted outbound outreach to enterprise accounts to generate new opportunities • Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and scale our sales processes • Consistently exceed quarterly sales targets through focused, high-quality execution What you bring: • 1-3 years experience as an AE managing inbound sales at a fast-paced tech company or as a high-performing SDR ready to transition to an AE role • Proven success hitting or exceeding sales quotas • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for account mapping and opportunity maximization • Familiarity with the tech or SaaS industry and tools - hubspot, sales nav, clay, salesforce • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Who you are: • Highly ambitious and motivated by career and financial growth • Driven by results and excited by the prospect of rapid advancement • Natural relationship-builder who can confidently engage with all levels of stakeholders • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments • Coachable and eager for feedback and professional development Why work with out client? • Significant earning potential with competitive compensation and attractive commission structure • Clearly defined growth path: rapid advancement opportunities into senior sales roles • Opportunity to shape the future sales culture and processes from the ground up • Work with high-quality inbound leads and prestigious enterprise accounts • High-performance team environment focused on excellence and continuous growth PLEASE NOTE: Compensation is a wide range because it may change based on the experience you bring to the table Salary + Commission + Equity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: • Commission pay Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
