Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Your expertise in various programming languages and frameworks will play a crucial role in enhancing our system architecture and improving user experience. Responsibilities • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define application requirements and specifications. • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, React, and Bootstrap. • Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from planning through deployment. • Utilize Scrum methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. • Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize application features and user interfaces (UI). • Implement system architecture best practices to ensure scalability and performance. • Use Trello for project management tasks, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for improved functionality. Experience • Proven experience in web development with a strong background in Shopify, particularly Shopify Plus. • Proficiency in Shopify’s Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. • Familiarity with Shopify’s APIs and integration with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, shipping, payment gateways). • Proven experience in software development with proficiency in PHP and React. • Familiarity with Scrum methodologies; experience working in Agile environments is a plus. • Strong understanding of system architecture principles and best practices. • Experience with wireframing tools to create visual representations of application designs. • Knowledge of Bootstrap for responsive web design is highly desirable. • Familiarity with Docker for containerization is a plus. • A solid understanding of UI design principles to enhance user experience.
