About the position The position involves processing financial transactions with a focus on accuracy and promptness. The successful candidate will be expected to strictly adhere to all bank policies and procedures while prioritizing client demands. Providing impeccable customer service is a key aspect of this role, which requires professional communication with clients and colleagues alike. The candidate must maintain a thorough understanding of all banking products and services, as well as the company's systems and procedures. Participation in job-specific training and various bank training programs, including customer service training, is mandatory. Compliance with BSA, AML, and all bank policies and procedures is also required. The role may involve other duties as assigned, and active participation in the Customer Service First program is expected to support the organization's values and established policies. Additionally, the position requires periodic travel to Abilene or other Bank Regions for training purposes. Candidates should be prepared for the possibility of Saturday and holiday hours, depending on the operational hours of their assigned branch. Requirements • High school diploma or GED is required. , • Bachelor's Degree is preferred. , • 6 months previous teller experience within the financial institution industry is preferred. , • 6 months previous cash handling experience, including balancing, is preferred.
