About the position As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Responsibilities • Lead each shift and manage store operations standards. , • Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products. , • Motivate and guide team members to create an uplifting experience. , • Maintain an encouraging team environment and grow leadership skills. , • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security. , • Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers. Requirements • 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. , • Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction. , • Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees. , • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality. , • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Nice-to-haves • Experience with cash-handling and store safety procedures. , • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships. , • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
