Job Snapshot: Contract Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week Caseload: K-12 students with varying needs Compensation: $32-$37/hour (dependent on experience) Start Date: As soon as possible What You'll Be Doing: Deliver direct instruction in a virtual classroom setting. Provide personalized learning interventions based on student IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote inclusive education. Document all instructional activities and maintain accurate student records.
