You will assist with financial inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general customer service while ensuring an excellent client experience. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients via live chat, responding to financial service inquiries. Provide basic guidance on fiscal advisory services (tax planning, budgeting, financial consulting). Assist with appointment scheduling and general administrative tasks. Direct complex financial queries to the appropriate advisors. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems. Ensure prompt and professional communication. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or financial services preferred.
