Part-time Afternoon/Evening Nanny for 11 and 8 year olds
Family Location:Minneapolis, MNSummary:A bit about us: We are an active family of 4, Mom and Dad are both working professionals with demanding jobs and two boys ages 11 and almost 8 who are very active and love academics and reading. On the weekends you can find us making a pizza and having a family movie night. We are also on the go a lot on the weekends as our boys are both in swimming! We love to watch whatever current sports event is happening, or when its nice out go biking in the summer and skiing in the winter months. We love food and sushi is our favorite! We are almost always asking Alexa to play music that fits with the day or what we are feeling.A bit about you: You can take initiative and keep things on track. Mom and Dad both work from home, but give you full autonomy to take the lead. We love communication and hope that you are able to communicate well with us. You are committed, organized, and dependable. Bonus points if you love to play Monopoly more than once a week. You have endless patience to answer all of the questions that come up, and know how to find the answer if you dont happen to know how an engine works.Job Duties: During the school year the boys get off the bus between 3:45 and 4 pm. You would help them get a snack and start on any homework that they might have. From there they may have an activity that one or both need to be brought to and then picked up from. Int he summer months, you and they can plan something fun to do in the afternoon before its time for dinner and cleaning up from the day. Driving will be required, and the family has a car that the nanny can use if needed.Position Highlights : Guaranteed hours Qualifications : Pragmatic, Great communicator, Patient, loves to explore the cities!
